Different countries prepare them differently: in Udmurtia - pelnyani, in Japan - gyoza, in Tibet - momo, in Georgia - khinkali, in Buryatia - buuza and in Italy - ravioli. But everywhere, making dumplings is a real ritual and a reason to get together and communicate! But all over the world, making dumplings is a whole ritual and a reason to get together and chat! Let's make dumplings in a new way: with colorful dough. Let's turn a familiar dish into an object of scientific research! Do you know which vegetable can dye an egg emerald? And which dyes are edible? Children will have a great time. They'll be amazed by culinary tricks while also developing their fine motor skills (and wise mothers know how important this is for developing children's intelligence!). The culinary experiments will culminate in a hearty tasting (no chemicals involved: we'll make our own sauces, too)!
