Cumin, barberry, coriander, sesame, dill, and rayhon; katyk and suzma... Can you guess which national cuisine these spices and sauces belong to?
Of course — Uzbek cuisine.
And the most famous baked dish? No secret — it’s juicy, hearty samsa. At our “Flavors of the East” cooking class, we’ll be preparing “kosa samsa” or Jizzakh-style bowl-shaped samsa-shurpa. Mys Resto will treat you to the famous Tashkent salad.
Over a glass of wine, we’ll talk about this fascinating country — especially since the Olelukoe team just returned from a trip to Uzbekistan.

The event takes place at Väike Karja 1 – Mys home resto (Olelukoe)
