- Parking and AccessThe access to this part of the old town is allowed 24/7. Paid parking is located on Vene street (Old Town parking zone). Large parking is at Europark EP133, Väike Rannavärav street 6 (1.5 euros for 30 min, 15 euro for 24h) located withing 3 minutes walking distance.
