Isikuandmete kogumine
Isikuandmed on kõik andmed, mis te meile esitate, näiteks nimi, isikukood, e-mail ja muud kontaktandmed. Andmete kogumine võib toimuda näiteks meie veebilehel, e-maili teel või telefonitsi. Andmed, mis me saame kui esitate broneeringu, küsite lisainfot mõne vormi kaudu või saadate pakkumist edasi sõbrale. Andmed, mis te edastate kinkekaardi ostu puhul. Andmed, mis me saame küpsiste kaudu, kui kasutate meie veebilehte.
MysResto võib küsida Teie kohta järgmisi andmeid Teie isikuandmeid: nimi, sünnikuupäev, kontaktandmed jne Teie ettevõtte andmeid: nimi, registrikood jne MysResto veebilehe kasutamisega seotud andmeid (küpsised).
Isikuandmete kasutamine, säilitamine, avalikustamine ja muutmine
Teie isikuandmeid kasutatakse Teie tellimuste täitmiseks ja teenuste pakkumiseks. MysResto kaitseb Teie andmeid – isikuandmeid ei väljastata kolmandatele isikutele, nendega tegelevad ainult selleks volitatud isikud.

In the kitchen home lunches and festive dinners are cooked. There are books, vinyls and tabletop games, soft blankets on the wide windowsills. You can chat, craft, do a concert or a little play, dance or dream.

- The rooms are rented for minimum of 2 hours from 9.00 to 23.00.
- Payment of the rent is done based on an invoice. If the deadlines are breached, the invoice is automatically cancelled.
- The booking is considered confirmed after receiving 50% of the prepayment to the MYS Resto bank account.
- If the booking cancellation is done later than 2 weeks prior to the event, the money will not be returned.
- Come 15 minutes in advance before the start and leave 15 minutes after the ending of the event (staying for longer is considered an additional hour).
- Bring your cake.
- Bring your alcohol, if a welcome drink from us is ordered (or a fee is paid for every participant).
- Use the music and light equipment only with the permission and under the supervision from MYS Home Resto representative.
- Bringing indoor shoes during cold and wet season.
- Taking all your things immediately after the ending of the event.
- Confirm in advance the position of the furniture.
- Confirm in advance all the necessary services, that you would like to book from us.
- Bring your food and drinks without prior confirmation.
- Break or damage the property.
- Use fire candles or play with fire.
- Smoke in the rooms, on the stairs, in the toilets and at the entrance to the building
- Leave big trash.
- Subrent to any third person.
- If extra cleaning is necessary (usage of confetti etc) a fee of 30 euros will be added.
